  • To create opportunities for those people they love and care about
  • To make a difference in the lives of our customers and suppliers
  • To run successful businesses so they can give back to the communities they live and work in This mission of ‘why’ has created several successful family run businesses over the ensuing forty years

He’s married to his bride and business partner for over 20 years, he’s father to four beautiful children, grandfather to two little ones with another one that will join the family in April.

He employs over 550 people in northeast Wisconsin where he treats employees like extended family members. He’s committed to giving back 10% of his business profits to charity and 10% back to his employees. Over the years, that 20% amounts to more than $25 million dollars split between donations to charities in need with a focus on kids and cancer, and bonuses to his employees. Mr. Treankler demonstrates in action he understands it’s the people around him that help make a successful business.
