Pulaski, WI – Bay Tek Entertainment launches Skee-Ball 1908, a sleek, 10-foot alley specifically designed for the home market.
Engineered with the original Skee-Ball alley in mind, the 1908 pays homage to the launch of the first ever alley roller, patented in 1908. It’s both an enthusiast’s and a collector’s dream.
Staying true to the original alley, the 1908 boasts the original flip display and a pull handle activation lever. The new alley is both authentic in its color palette and contemporary; neutral and chic enough to fit into any home décor. The wood-look cabinet is a dark gray and the metal side rails are a sleek black, forgiving of nicks and scratches and aesthetically appealing.
Keeping the original design in mind, the front cage has been removed, allowing the nostalgic playfield we all know and love to really shine. The hundred pockets have also been removed, as they were not part of the original alley design. Equipped with nine brown balls, players roll the ball down the lane, trying to hit the higher-value pockets. Assembled, the lane is 2’6” wide, 10’1” deep and 6’6” high.
“The 1908 is a great entertainment piece for friends and families to gather around and enjoy,” said Jeff Hudson, Account Manager at Bay Tek Entertainment. “It’s designed to not only be a fun activity, but also to enhance the interior design of a home. This timeless alley will be something for folks to enjoy for many, many years to come.”
