Pinstripes entertainment complex at Kirby Collection announces opening date

Pinstripes, a dining and entertainment concept, will open in Houston at mixed-use development, Kirby Collection, on Oct. 25, according to a Tuesday release.

The two-story facility, located at 3300 Kirby Dr., brings 13 bowling lanes, six indoor and outdoor bocce courts and a casual bistro with house-made Italian-American fare to the River Oaks neighborhood.

The kitchen at the restaurant serves up dishes including maple-glazed salmon, filet mignon, hand-crafted sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas, handmade pasta and gelato, while the bar doles out a curated roster of wine, handcrafted cocktails and a rotating craft beer selection.

The modern space, more than 33,000 square feet, also features private event rooms that can accommodate from 20 to 1,000 people, and patios on the first and second floors.

“We are excited to open Pinstripes Houston, which marks our second location in Texas and 11th location nationwide,” founder and CEO of Pinstripes Dale Schwartz said in the release.

“This new destination offers the vibrant city and surrounding communities a welcoming entertainment experience that combines a distinct mix of dining and sophisticated fun.”
